CashLady is a credit broker, working with a panel of over 30 trusted and responsible lenders. One of the lenders we’re proud to work with is Evlo.

Evlo

Who is Evlo?

Evlo is a trading style of Everyday Lending Limited and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can view their company information on the FCA register here.

How much money could I apply to borrow with Evlo?

Evlo offer short-term, personal loans between £1,000 and £15,000.

What sort of repayment terms do Evlo offer?

Depending on the amount of money you apply to borrow, you could choose to repay your loan across terms from 18 to 60 months.

What Representative Example does Evlo advertise?

Evlo advertise the following Representative Example on their website:

“Borrowing £3,000 over 24 months at an interest rate of 71.3% p.a. (fixed), you will repay 24 monthly payments of £237.75 per month. Interest Payable £2,706. Total Repayable £5,706. Representative 99.9% APR.”

How does the Evlo process work?

If you’ve been matched with Evlo through a search with CashLady and have decided to make a full application, your onward journey may look something like this:

  • Fill out Evlo’s online form. In a matter of minutes, Evlo will run a soft search.
  • If the results of Evlo’s soft search indicate that you could be considered for a loan, you’ll be invited to speak to a friendly Evlo representative to finalise your application. This gives you an ideal opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the loan.
  • At this stage, an affordability check will be carried out. This could include a hard search or Open Banking.* Please be aware that a hard search will remain on your credit file for up to 12 months and multiple hard searches within a short period of time could have a negative impact on your credit score.
  • The account manager should be able to confirm whether your application has been approved and will work with you to arrange the payout of your funds.

*Open Banking is a safe and secure procedure that allows an authorised third-party, such as a lender, to view your online bank account. The third-party will have a read-only view of your account and can only gain access once you’ve given consent.

Can I apply for a loan with Evlo?

In order to apply for a loan with Evlo, you must:

  • Be over the age of 18;
  • Live in the UK; and
  • Have a UK bank account.

Could I get a loan with Evlo if I have bad credit?

It might be possible for you to apply for a loan with Evlo, even with bad credit.

Evlo’s website states the following: “We offer loans to people who may have struggled with credit in the past.”

You may wish to bear in mind that a bad credit loan could come with a high rate of interest, which you should consider when calculating the costs of your monthly repayments, and the effect this could have on your financial situation.

A late or missed repayment could damage your credit score.
