CashLady will never contact you to offer you a loan. If you have received an email, text message, or phone call from someone claiming to be from CashLady, this is likely to be a scam.
We are working hard to make our customers aware of this type of scam
Here are some things you can look out for:
- Have you received an email, telephone call, or text message from 'Cash Lady Loans Limited'?
- Have you been asked to pay an administration fee or a 'one time insurance charge'? This could include being asked to send money, gift cards, or voucher codes.
If so, it is likely that you have been contacted by scammers. Please do not respond to their message and do not share your personal or banking information with them.

- calling 0800 111 6768. This is a freephone number, so you won't be charged. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 1pm.

Repayment terms and the rate that you will receive depend on your individual circumstances and, as a credit broker, we are unable to advise on these before you make an application.
If your application is matched with a lender, you will be provided with the full terms and conditions of your loan, including your interest rate and details of your repayments, by the lender. You are under no obligation to proceed with this quote if you feel it does not suit your requirements or your circumstances.

Most lenders will give you a quick decision. However, sometimes a lender may ask for additional information, such a recent pay slip. If you are waiting for a decision on your application, the lender will usually keep you updated by SMS or email.
If you have a query about the progress of your loan, please contact your lender directly. If you are still unsure, one of our team will be happy to help. In order to discuss your application, we will ask you for some personal details to verify your identity.

We will never call you unless you ask us to. This is because we are an online credit broking service. We do not have a call centre.
